It depends on the need and circumstances and type of POA given for purposes. Generally, those POA with the shared benefit involving properties are only Registered and for simple representation in a matter, general POA duly notarized is sufficient. Courts are accepting notarized POA on behalf of plaintiff after considering such factors of necessity.
