I am Lalit Ghosh, a student and resident of Delhi . My account had been frozen by Tamil Nadu cyber cell. After a lot of mail and call, they have provided me disputed amount but not any other information . But When I asked , they did not provided me a reason , who raised the complain or how to settle the disputed amount as I have already paid the amount who has provided me .
Please guide my how to proceed further , and whom to raise complain if cyber cell did not respond.
how many months does it take to complete process .
As I am a student , due to block of money , I am facing problems.
