I joined delhi govt on 12-9-2000 and worked in pay scale of 3050-75-4590and then tendered technical resignation on 27-07-2004 & joined MCD in pay scale of 4500-125-7000.MY previous employer forwarded an anount of 22000/- towards my past service benifits but neither my previous employer delhi govt nor MCD has not deducted my pf despite seversl reminders.I resigned fron MCD renderinf Technical resignation on 3-5-12 and joined indian railways via proper channel on 4-5-2012. What is the renedy available to me now?
