I and my ex-husband got divorced in 2019, we jointly co-own a property in Mumbai. Due to some circumstances, we couldn't do a gift deed of the property in my name. However now i would like to execute my gift deed. is it possible? we have received our divorce decree in 2020. Is gift deed of property possible between ex-husband & ex-wife
