For J & K ther is special provision 370 of Indian constitution which give special status for the state.
It is available on internet.

Sir i tried to find full act but its not available on the internet . If possible can anyone share link or let me know where i can purchase that act copy .

What is the real issue?
Anyhow, the provisions are same as Indian Penal Code; the only difference, it appears, is in its name!
