Rectification of size in property

Dear Lawyers,

Im my house registration document, (in Bangalore) the size of the direction are mentioend reverse. East west 40 and north south is 30 ft. but it is mentioend as EW30 and SN40.

Please guide how to rectify. I dont know where the owner who sold is living now.

As per ur registration document address u issue notice to owner.If no reply is received u file a case in proper court and take exparty decree and keep it with u.u verify the municipal corporation records also.You got issued order to subregistrar by court to rectify the defect suo moto.
