Hi I need to cancel gift deed prepared between me and father, where by father wanted to gift his house to me. However due to certain conflicts I wish to cancel this. I have already paid stamp duty for 52k and gift deed is registered, can I get this 52k back?

Once a document is registered or refused then the stamp duty of that document cannot be refunded. The cancellation of the transaction is your problem.
