My father had filed a civil case and it is exparte case.my lawyer told that judgement would be given on 16/10/2019 &due to ill health he says he can't go to the court which is in cuddalore on that day .My doubt is should the lawyer be present on judgement day in the court?or should i be present in the court as I live in chennai and the case is in cuddalore please inform.
