Regarding mou

The mou has been made for a period of 90 days. Its mentioned that the agreement will be made within 3 months of mou. Will this mou lapse and can we sell to other party

Hi,

If the duration of the MOU is specific i.e. 90 days and if no extension clause is mentioned.. then the MOU doesn't have any vsalidity after the expiry of that period i.e.after 90 days from the execution of the said MOU.

You can enter into another transaction with new terms.
