Regarding take extra charges from mrp.

shopkeeper take extra charges from me.they denied the issued the bill.how can i do.

if i file complaint in consumer court , then what's the document required.because, shopkeeper not give any bill or reciept.but i have the voice recording of shopkeeper and also i paid from paytm.can i file case behalf of this?

it is not possible to file in Consumenr Forum in my view.
