regarding the agreement

my friend gave his property in joint development only mou was done and they gave only some small amount. Its been three years for mou no agreement has been made and no amount is been given by builders. what to do

what does the MOU says about the project and the termination of MOU on default. kindly foolw the terms of MOU. You need to share the copy of the MOU so that proper advice could be given.
