Rejecting the content of the petition

respected sir, both the plaintiff no 1 and 2 filed the petition before two and half years ago still it is pending before the hon'ble court ,but now the plaintiff no 2 rejecting the content of the petition by saying that I HAVE SIGNED BEFORE THE PLAINTIFF NO1 ,BUT NOT READ OVER THE CONTENT OF THE PETITION. Q1. NOW HOW THE PLAINTIFF NO 1 DEFEND THIS CIRCUMSTANCE. Q2. IS THIS GOOD GROUND FOR REJECT THE PETITION . THANK YOU SIR.
