My previous employer has given me the date of releiving as 1st of july 2007 but the actual date is 5th of july 2007
I have applied and got selected for a public sector co based on the experience counted up to 5th july 2007, now iam short of one day,
the previous employer says that my last working date in their records is upto 1st of august 2007, but when they issued me a letter in 2009 aug they asked me to pay notice period dues and i have done the same , it was given only upto 1st of july 2007, now when i approach them they say the person who delt the case earlier is not in the organisation and they are unable to find or retrive the employee personal file, they are not respondind properly to my mails or calls , my career is at stake kindly advice.
