We just occupied a newly constructed appartment and taking up maintenance activities. This is in Whitefield, Bangalore, Karnataka.
We wish to register our society. The appartment has only 27 flats, but we wish to keep everything clear from the begining.
I am not sure of the process and wanted to have the clarity from you.
I want to know the process of registering, responsibilities/obligations for the society once registered (including any audit of the accounts etc) and if such a society need to pay any other recurring tax etc to the govt.

But, I do not know how to read Kannada and all the docs are in Kannada.
