Revised approved plan

I recently bought a flat in Bengaluru

It stilt floor, and G+3 floors & terrace

BBMP ApprovedPlan copy given to me has the same

But other owners (11st & 2nd floors) have plan copies which show approval for only G+2 floors & terrace

Now I'm worried about the authenticity of the copy given to me

Is it possible to apply for revision of plan during construction & extend by 1 floor

When I asked the builder he says its all approved

How can I verify the authenticity of the approved plan

Are the plans available on BBMP portal the latest

Please advise

File RTI Application to SPIO of approval authority and seek a certified copy of approval for G+3. and blue print. SPIO must provide such certified copy after collecting copying fees @ Rs.2- per page. If the builder/seller has cheated you, then issue a notice under CP Act for playing fraud with forged copies, if there is no approval. The further complaint process is consumer-friendly and costs only reasonable expenses of less than Rs.1.000/- maximum at District Forum.
