Rights of a Tenant vs RWA policy in the name of Covid

Am a tenant in a housing society in Bangalore. Is an RWA allowed to frame policies such as, banning all doorstep deliveries? This is a health hazard and a risk as it forces residents to step out when the lockdown is aimed at keeping them indoors. However, upon raising members of the board have labelled such questions as 'campaigning' and 'propaganda' and threatened to remove any users indulging in such questions from the community app. Not being an owner, are there any rights for a tenant in pushing back?

There is no difference between landlord and tenant qua usage of property, the rules, regulation(s), procedure, discipline in the society framed for the resident(s).

The society has no relation or obligation to the tenant of  member of the society. The memer and his tenant are legally obliged to observe the valid decisions of the AGM of the society.

RWA is not a body to formulate or implement policy interfering with the ordinary private rights of the partment owners or their tenants.
