Section for domestic violence

A man beside my home speaking badly on us daily. telling to vacate my own home. till that he used to talk bad words. my mother and my sister also committed suicide once because of his words. my father is staying outside our country. we are just confused, because we got afraid on him. he telling if we gave police complaint he will come out within 15 days. please help me to solve this problem.
