Dear Expert Brothers,
This is regardng promotion after absorption on deputation/transfer. ABC belongs to central govt. CG-1. XYZ belongs to a PSU. Both came to another Central Govt. establishment i.e. CG-2 on deputation. No recruitment rules framed for CG-2. Both ABC and XYZ were absorbed on same day in CG-2. Now the issue is whether ABC should be senior (by virtue of his continuation of service from CG-1 to CG-2) or XYZ (by virtue of length of service in PSU).
Urgently await your opinion.
