a person's services are sought by a company for fixed period of time i.e. 3 yrs. But the company wants to test his services for 6 months probation period and then only wants to engage him for remaining 2 and half years period. Company shall pay the person a consolidated fixed amount per month towards services rendered by him.
1. Can the employment contract agreement be executed in this case.?
2. Will the status of the person rendering services to the company shall be that of an independent contractor?
3. Will the person so engaged shall be entitled to any other company benefits, incentives etc?
