Service tax on dental clinic

Dentist costemic surgery are brought under service tax net. It includes: Cosmetic dental surgery; Orthodontics; and Aesthetic dentistry.
This will certainly give rise to black money generation, as cusmoters may to like to pay additional service charge.

Dear Sir,

There was a exemption limit of turnover Rs.10 lakhs per annum  , which, provided by small services providers.

I still believe such exemption limit is continuing and experts have to intervane for suggessions.
