Service tax on lease rentals.

Dear  Readers

On payment of Service Tax on rented premises,  an Association based at Mumbai filed an SLP. The Hon'ble Supreme Court had  issued interim relief.

My point is,  the subject  issues is not  a personal case. It is related to public at large  hence the said case can be treated as PIL also.   In the interim order of  the Supreme Court,  clearly mentioned  that the  order is applicable only for the petitioners before the court only.

It is not  possible for all to appraoch court  on the issue due to various reasons.  If  there is a  good judgemnet and the issue is belonging to  public at large,   let the same is applicable to all.  SO that  the entire society can get benefit of it  instead of  for limited  members.

It is  very evident  that all  recent  government  policies push  the rich in to middle class and middle class into poor and the poor into  very poor.  Instead  of bringing valuable and social uplift  policies and decisions our poiticians literally  creating ruse.
