In 2009 a Petition was filed for LOA in favour of 3 persons A, B,and C. A is son of deceased father. B is also son of the deceased & C is Daughter in Law of the deceased. Bombay High Court issued LoA in January 2023. B & C are hand in glove.
The delay was caused by B to knock of Rs 10 Lacs from A which was refused in 2009 itself as he is not liable to pay the amount demanded.
In 2022 the LOA was reinstated when A was told verbally that he is not liable to pay 10 Lacs.
Now that LOA is issued A wants to fullfill the obligation to the High Court to distribute the assets and credit of deceased father amongst the legal heirs with in 6 months but the B who had demanded 10 Lacs is playing foul again and not cooperating. He wants A to pay him 10 Lacs or go to hell.
A is 77+ very helpless in resolving the issue & so seeking the guidance from experts. Willing to engage & pay mutually agreed fees in phased manner.
