I was a student of Full time MBA with FOMS -CMM, JABALPUR ( Rani Durgawati vishwavidayalaya -jabalpur ) , 2nd Batch ( 1996-98 ) ROLL NO.: M/016/96 - when the institute was located in --College of Materials Management, Jabalpur.
I have the degree from the Jabalpur University for my MBA course which I passed in 1998 but somehow I don't have the Mark-sheet for my final exam as I don't recall having received it from the university or the college.
Would request your urgent help to get my final exam mark-sheet for my MBA as I need it for some professional pursuit.

I sent an online application with INR 635/-Payment for a duplicate marksheet to the University but so far no response and there is no No. which can be contacted to take this forward, please help.
