· Punishment for publishing or transmitting obscene material in electronic form
· Imprisonment for 3years or fine of 5,00,000.
· For subsequent conviction imprisonment for 5years and with 10,00,000 rupees fine
· Sale, etc., of obscene objects to young person
· Imprisonment for 3years or Fine of 2,000 rupees
· For subsequent conviction imprisonment for 7years and also with 5,000.
