(Querist) 13 February 2010 This query is : Resolved
In India any one gets graduation degree in any stream with less then 45% marks will not eligible for admission in LLB as directed by Bar Council of India.

Is it right?

It is right information that BCI had made minimum percentage of 45% to appear in the entrance examination.

Sir, then any way or option for them who had passed out the graduation before this notification?

Also, passing such orde by BCI is rightful in the interest of right to education?
prakash vathore (Expert) 13 February 2010

adv. rajeev ( rajoo ) (Expert) 13 February 2010
Yes minimum percentage is 45%

45% of marks in degree is a yardstick for admission to LL.B., course. If you seek admission to that course now, you must fulfill the minimum requirement of percentage of pass marks whether you have passed the degree exam before or after the notification.
Guest (Expert) 13 February 2010
it doesn't matter that u ve passed graduation before or after the notification. The fact is the minimum percentile for LL.B. admissions is now 45&.
Adinath@Avinash Patil (Expert) 14 February 2010
MINIMUM 45% REQUIRED
