Thank the Contributor

A very good question. It should be possible,
but a magistrate performs lot of investigation into documents, articles and is required to identify people, well will you be able to do that.

Thank the Contributor

The elgiblity criteria in the A.P. Judicial Services has to be verified and since you are an Advocate , please go through the same with the necessery assistance. If you are otherwise qualified and the blindness is not a disabling factor as per the eligiblity criterai , you can try for the same since you are allready a member of the Bar.

The matter requires to be examined in the light of the above observations.

Hello,
A writ petition was filed in the High Court of Madhy Pradesh -Jabalpur in the year 1996 Seeking relief against the harsh and inhuman verdict given by a Court Martial. Now with the Armed Forces Tribunals are made operational.
The petitioner has been living at Bangalore, and the nearest AFT is at Chennai.

Can any one let me know can the case be tansfered to Channai?
If yes will it be transfered by the advocate directly, under intimation to the petitioner or how the case file handeled.

It would be great to enlighten on the case transfer [compltee documents, who to collect and intiate further action]

an advise on the above is humbly requested.

Amendments in central Act

Sir,
Please tell me whether state govt is bound to follow the amendment introduced by parliament in a central Act or it requires special notification by concern state govt. to make it enforceable in such state.
New chapter is added in Cr.P.C. as plea of bargaining but magistrates says there is not any notification. whether it is so, while the amendment act specially provides that, it is enforceable in whole the territory of india except J&K.

Why not written our own constitution?

Why our past great independence freedom fighters (Constitution Committee)adopted contents of our Indian Costitution from other countries constitutions? At that time did they fail to write our own constitution as per our country's political, culture, social, economic requirements?

Please comment

Defination of Scheduled Tribe

How Government of India defines accurately Scheduled Tribe for issuing S.T. Certificate?

If a forward caste group of persons uneducated and very poor live on hillock side/ in forest/remote agency area is he eligible to get S.T.Certificate?

In remote areas how you measure backwardness and tribes?
