Request your help, I have received job offer 90 days back, after completing notice period with existing employer my new Employer is rescinding my job offer just 7 days before joining, and want to waive it by giving 1 month salary.
2 weeks back they wrote a welcome mail to me and asking my address to deliver office essentials also sharing my new employee ID and this was remote location.
Offer letter says "Either party may terminate employment by giving two (2) months’ notice in writing. However, the Company at its discretion may choose to terminate your employment by paying (2) months’ salary in lieu of notice."
since job location was at different place, I also have incurred expense of Shifting and school admission of my child.
Need help how to proceed on this and this particular organization is one of the very bid US based MNC. Kindly guide and help.

Previously I worked 1 year in psu , but I was terminated from psu as I have done multiple applications during psu exam.
Now I got a new central government job and I have mentioned details about my psu job in attestation form. Now after background police verification, psu has given a adverse report to my new central government job. Now new central government job not issuing my appointment letter as they got adverse report from my previous employment. So what can I do now. Please suggest me.
I am working in a Public Sector Bank and I served resignation letter giving notice of 3 months. The reason for resignation is the work culture of the bank which includes harrasment of staff for business targets. I already have a staff accountability pending which is based on compliance level issues. The reply to the same has been furnished before 10 months but no further communication received on the matter afterwards. So there are chances that my resignation won't be accepted. In that case how I can relieve from the organisation. I want to get my full terminal benefits also as I have availed loans which can be closed with the help of those terminal benefits only. If my resignation is not accepted I want to exhaust the entire leaves to my credit so I can get full salary for that period. Kindly advise what legal help I can take in case my resignation is not accepted, my leave request is rejected or my terminal benefits not paid?
My last employer has paid me less gratuity. I have records relating to this. Can I have a legally drated letter which I can send I am asuper senior citizen.

There is a state run temple in district Kangra of Himachal Pradesh. RTI revealed that a middle pass to the post of pujari has been appointed in the said government managed temple, whereas the essential qualification for appointment to the post of pujari is Shastri Pass (a degree in sanskrit). I complained to the temple administration several times with documentary evidence. The authorities are not taking any action and have advised me to approach the court.
I met a lawer who advised me that I am not the affected party, hence can't approach the court.
I have also been advised that a PIL cannot be filed by a third person.
My query is whether this appointment will remain continue, as the concerned authorities are not discharging their duty as per their constitutional obligations. Despite this, if I cannot approach the court then what kind of system and law is this :
Please suggest what can I do in this situation ?

In private job employee worked for 7 years and then employer removed the employee without any query or notice and also did not pay his dues. The employee filed case before civil court for reinstate with back wages. The employer before filing written statement filed application for production of documents. My query is that employer did not issue appointment letter. The employee is having identity card and salary was paid by cheque which was drawn from employer account. Will this be sufficient to prove that he was employee of the employer. It is also understood that when employer didn't issue appointment letter criminal case under section 406 and 420 can be filed.
