Insurance claim

I have purchased a TATA indica car and insured with a private insurance company. While insuring my insurance agent wrongly recorded the use of vehicle as private vehicle. But the car was registered with State Transport authorities as Taxi. How i have not sent the registration certificate to the insurance company and they also did not asked for the same. Later the vehicle meet with an accident. No bodily injury to any body. At the time of the driver hold valid licence. However the insurance company rejected the claim stating the purpose of vehicle is deviated.
Please clarify me that though the car is insured as private vehicle, it is duly registered as taxi before statutory authorities and i am claiming compensation only to the damage of vehicle which is perfectly covered by the premium calculated propotionate to the value of the vehicle

can i entitle for compensation irrespective of nature of use?
Can i file a suit under deficiency of service against the insurance company for disentitling my claim citing technical errors?

Please clarify.
If you provide any precedent it would be much helpful..

rejection of plaint

The brief fact :-
Suit is for declaration, injunction, separate possession and recovery of rent amount under Maharashtra rent control act. The Maharashtra rent control act is not applicable to Tahsil Mohadi where suit is filed. Plaint is rejected on defendants application that civil judge Jr. Dn. Mohadi has no jurisdiction as per Maharashtra rent control Act. What should be the grounds of appeal and whether the plaint can be rejected as a whole when other relief are also claimed and court fees also paid over those ?

Property law ancestral property

My grandfather sold a piece of ancestral property to my maternal uncle. Since my maternal uncle did not have any inheritance, he executed a deed of settlement in favour of my father. My father has sold the property acquired through my maternal uncle as his self acquired property.

My query is whether the said ancestral property transferred by maternal uncle to my father through a deed of settlement can still be ancestral property or can my father sell the property to any one as if it is self acquired property?

can i claim my share in spite of the deed of settlement?
