Is the recommendations of 6th Pay Commission Report are binding on private organisations? Ours is an educational institution. Do we have to pay salaries as per the 6th pay commission/state pay commission report? Also, does the Gratuity Act applies to educational institutes situated in Punjab?

what is settled law regarding encashment of earned leaves where leaves rules provide for earned leaves but the rules are silent with regard to their encashment?

gratuity is part of my monthly package. after serving for about 3.5 years i resigned from service. now the employer isrefusing to give gratuity alleging that the same is payable only after 5 years of service.
i told him that gratuity in my case is not governd by gratuity act as you voluntarily agreed to pay me gratuity and not under the act.

In a writ petition,I am the 4th respondent in a writ, 1-3 are Govt.I have received only Private notice with case No and next hearing date.The case not yet posted for 1st hearing.
Initially vakalat was singed numbered and submitted to represent me through lawyer.
Now I wish to appear in party-in- person and got the no objection and sign in from the lawyer in the new Vaklat form.
I request you to suggest whether I have to fill the new vakalat and submit or I have to give any other application to the register, please suggest me how to change it for party in person in High Court.

Can stamp papers purchased in Delhi, be Notarized outside Delhi. What is the legal implication of documents(affidavit, undertaking) executed on stamp paper purchased in Delhi but notarised from Noida/ Ghaziabad/ Haryana or anyother place outside Delhi.????

Illegally declare parking zone in front of my building.
We are living in a City of RAJASTHAN.
Before some time some policemen and official of Municipal corporation of our city fixed
two notice board which mentioned sign of parking in front of my Building in which at least twelve tenants(Shopkeepers).
My said property is situated at main road.
Can this possible to declare such kind of parking zone in front of someone's building or property?
After fixing of said parking board now many vehicles are parked before my building and my main gate of building, What is legal remedy for the same?
