Respected experts,
I purchased a tv that is under warranty, and there is no service center in my city as well as in my state, the companies service center is in Kolkata but I purchased the tv from a dealer in my city and now the dealer is not ready to repair the tv under warranty or provide me aftersales services and when I called via telephone directly to the company they said me to send the tv to Kolkata and during transportation, they will not be liable for any damage.
with the above situation please guide me on the best solution and who is liable for the repair of the tv. And is the dealers' liability to provide me service as my tv is under warranty?
or can I claim a warranty from the product seller when I don't have a service center in my city?

Sir,
I booked a flat in an under-construction project in Kharghar, Navimumbai and a price was finalized except for maintenance charges. However when i received the cost sheet next day it was showing other charges as:
Legal fees - 29500/-
Society formation -100000/-
There are around 400 flats in the project. I would like to know whether the builder can charge such a huge amount in the name of society formation. Is it legally binding for me to pay this amount. There are other projects in the vicinity who are charging 10 to 15 thousand.
Can i file a complaint against such charges.

Hello sir/mam,
I am from Karnataka. My right leg is affected by polio. I can not drive manual car so tried with automatic and I am able to drive automatic. Planning to book automatic now though it's little costlier than manual. Now my question is, Can I register my car under Divyangjan? Few of them are saying, should modify the car. I am buying automatic because it's modified and I no need to operate clutch so I no need to use both the legs. Few of them are saying, no need to modify the car so that you can appoint a driver for your personal use. Please anyone let me know What is the exact rule to register vehicle under Divyangjan?

Due to inheritance dispute, the flat is unoccupied.Nobody is paying maintenance and also it is ruining causing trouble to other flat owners of the building. What should other flat owners do?
