i want to know that in the absence of a will, what are the necessary steps to be taken for property transfer.
the deceased is survived by a wife and daughter.
i am more concerned with immovable property.

Can i pursue LLM instead of MBL. i have done graduation in B.com - general & finished CA. Firstly can i pursue LLM thru correspondence as i have not done LLB (As most of the institutes may be asking LLB as criteria for joining LLM). am i eligible for becoming a member of Bar Council of India incase i pursue LLM through correspondence. are there any institutes which offer LLM in correspondence.

my father was non himachali and my mother is from himachal.we are residing in himachal since 1992,
my schooling was from punjab and graduation from himachal,BUT RESIDING IN HIMACHAL SINCE MY BIRTH ON BORDER AREA
#I AM FACING DIFFICULTY TO GET BONAFIDE HIMACHALI.

Sir,
I Had Purchased a vehicle and had got it transferred in my name at the RTO.The Insurance somehow was not transferred and the vehicle got stolen.
Please suggest a suitable order as the Insurance company is not ready to settle the claim as the policy was not transferred in my name.

thanks for every one for give me advice for my query,sir i want to know one last question sir its really help me to take a decisions please reply sir,as on your advice my life deaned ....... sir as most of lawyers advice me file insolvency...... i want to know what about my 138 n.i.,420 406 ipc cases as they also filed by banks against me.....insolvency can protect me against this criminal sections.sir if i file insolvency it may be happened that some banks they not file case against me till today also file case against me.sir please help me.please advice what i do sir?
