Wife filed case on fake & frivolous grounds u/s 498 A,406 IPC against Husband, two married sister in law,one unmarried sister in law,brother in law,sister in law (Jethani) in Calcutta where her parental home after just 6 months of marriage,all her in laws living in Punjab,husband got regular bail but others filed AB,can case be transfred from Calcutta to Punjab,because there are four females on accused side,can court consider accused side too for transfer of case ? Plz reply soon.

Case cannot be transferred on the ground you told but if no alleged crime has been committed within the police station which took cognizance then definitely transfer by way of quashing FIR from Calcutta Hifh Court can definitely be sought.
