cash against cheque

i have a friend. from him
i was suppose to take 1lakh. he gave me a cheque.his cheque bounced. now he is refusing to gave me my money. what should i do? can i file a case against him?

yes, you can file cheque bouncing case against him.
You can case of cheating as well.
