Enquire regarding to make an new act for private educational institutions

Hello,
I am one of the student of private universities,i know today education became a new medium for high profitable bussiness so every one is ready to open institutes even without maintaining the standards of education.So if a new act established to for private institutes to include them in right to act Under educational boards so that every student of the respective university can know whats the college funding status with that they can demand to increase standards.

so i request to bring this act how should i proceed legally

Such Act is already in place. If any institution is not complying with standard norms you can lodge complaint with UGC or AICTE.

i mean that to bring private institutions under to right to information act so that students are able to the know how is college is spending for students and how much mangement having income

RTI is not applicable in private institutions.

For any act you should convenience legislature.

You can get limited information through AICTE, which the Government gets mandatorily from the recognised private universities from time to time due to the terms of their recognition.

RTI applies to the Govt institution to whom the Private bodies submit their returns. You can get the details of expenditure from these returns but your query seems to be much more.

But it appears that you concern seems to be much more serious than merely getting information on expenditure. Please elaborate.

you can not make new Act.
For it the Legislature is there.

it means if i file a case in supreme court by using fundamental rights and if i am able to convence the supreme court that every private educational institute should give there expenditure on institute to respective institutes parent or student on request then new act can be formed

Students Unions is a big strength.
Use this forum to represent to Legislators and governing bodies.
Your task shall be easy.
Once such rule is framed the expenses shall have to be displayed on website for public view
