freehold on foreign gpa

(Querist) 20 March 2011 This query is : Resolved 
respected expert,can i get a plot freehold in my name on the basis of gpa executed in my favour notarized in canada by the executant.this gpa was notarised in canada,and in india adhesive stamp was affixed at delhi tis hazari treasury & duly cancelled by nct of delhi stamp.but this gpa was not presented in sub registrar ofiice in 1996.

The POA holder can use the said POA and sign the sale deed.
