Husband right on wife's property

My sister owns a house in her name only. She was a government employee, presently retired. Her husband had no regular income. Presently she decided to sell the house and registration done. However her husband has filed a case in civil court claiming that he also has share and got a ex-party order (without my sister knowledge) that he cannot be evacuated from the house. He is not letting my sister into the house and when she has filed a case in the court, he doesnt appear and the case is prolonging. PL ADVISE WHAT CAN BE DONE TO EXPEDITE THE CASE AND HOW TO RECOVER THE HOUSE.
