my query is that a person filed a case against his department ( department had been given punishment to him) in the year of 2000.
In the Punjab and Haryana high court , that time his lawyer asked him that case hasbeen admitted in court and next now wait for next hearing , client waited a lot of time and when he asked or try to communicate his lawyer he asked that wait for hearing, during this time client also suffering from diseases and upset from mind and in he was expired in 2011, now time his legal heir knew all this and search the lawyer of case but they got nothing please tell me what should do for his widow wife regarding this case,
