At the time of termination/dismissal of employee notice period and leave encashment is required to pay to employee by employer?

OR

Leave encashment and Notice period require to pay by employer to employee at the time of termination?

Under the I.D. Act Sec. 2(s),2(A),25(B) and 25(F) and as per the provisions in the Company's Standing Order a person is entitled for notice pay, Leave encashment. within a stipulated time limit the employer has to set right the dues to the employees who are to be terminated.
