Associate membership

(Querist) 18 March 2012 This query is : Resolved
I am one of the member of society, and I came to know that the present Chairman is an Associate member and he was not submitted undertakings as per Bye Law no. 118(V), APENDIX 10A. On the registered agreement the name of Chairman's wife is first and then name of chairman. Whereas in the application of society registration it was wrongly entered the name of Chairman as first by the builder and his wife's name second. On this basis the Chairman says that he is not an associate member. Please clarify such record can be considerd and chairman should not be trated as associate member and he can continue without fulfillment of Appendix 10A.

Thanks
Rajesh

If Society regn, Chairman name stands first. as given by builder, it stands.
So what Chairman says "On this basis the Chairman says that he is not an associate member" is true.
What is ur problem? what u want is important.

Registered document shall prevail over the list of the builder. As registered document shows the name of the wife of the chairman first so she can only become member and chairman as an associated member but what is your problem?
