Forgery of btech certificate

Lawyers,

Pls advice me,my friend has got a forged Btech Civil certificate from MG University....worked in UAE...got all the embassy seals too (i.e foreign embassy new delhi, embassy UAE...)

What are the consequences of it? where to complain regarding this???

Complaint can be made to UAE Police as well as Indian Police in the jurisdiction where he was expected to be located at the time fo forgary.

Mr. Sudhir Kumar,

I am presently in India now,, the person who forged the certificate and who has worked abroad is currently back in India, now hez unemployed, but using the forged MG university certificate he has worked abroad...So, can i make a complaint against him to the embassy also( i mean UAE embassy in India)

What are the consequences he likely will face it?Pls Pls do answer my query!

Forgary is one offence. Taking benefit of forged document is another offence each time attempted.

Ans : Yes Offence has been committed on their soil as well.I request some opther expert may respond if UAE will take congnisance of the same and if they take can they get him repatriated.

What are the consequences he likely will face it ?

Ans : Jail. UAE law may be more stringent.
