Rights of tenant

Dear sir, i live in goregaon-mumbai, i currently occupy 2 bedroom, hall, kitchen flat, which is in the name of my mother as a tenant. we are in this flat from 1980.this builing is in PAGDI SYSTEM .after my mother what will be my right, if at all building collapse what will be situation for me.i have one elder brother who lives separate, we have mutual agreement for said flat in favor of me on stamp paper pf 100 rs, is this sufficient for me. please guide me

In case your mother expires, you shall be duly treated as tenant and in case building collapses then on its reconstruction, you shall get the same right thereto unless a specific agreement is made thereto between the landlord and builder with you.
