Can Company registered under Companies Act,1956, register complainant under Consumer Protection Act before consumer forum in persuance of defective vehicle?
The said vehicle has purchased by company for his personal use and not for commercial purpose. The vehicle has carrying white number plate of state of Maharashtra.

Respected Sir,
I want to know the validity of Sathe Khat and right of Sathekhat holder. Please go through the following example:
In year 1985 Mr.A had made a deal with Mr.B of 500 sq.m. land. Mr.A bought that land by making SATHEKHAT in front of NOTARY and paid him some amount amount of total price.
Today Mr.A has to sell the said property to another person by showing sathekhat.
In sale deed with another person will be consenting party.
So, my query is:
1. Can Mr.A sale the said property to another person by showing sathekhat.
2. Whether Mr.B (main owner) has right in his property to restraining to Mr.A?

Respected Sir,
The facts of the Case is as under:
We have Road Construction Site. The accident is occurred on Site and one worker is died due to electric shock. The FIR filed under section 304A of IPC. We have claimed for workmen compensation.
My query is that
1. Is it necessary to inform Industrial Sefty and Health Office or factory Inspector?
2. Does Factory Act is applicable to road Construction Site?
3. To which authority, We have to inform?

I have to calculate stamp duty of builtup area. The construction is completed on year 1983. We have completion certificate. After pursuing ready reckoner, the depreciation is 60%.
Please give formula to calculate stamp duty of built up area. The said property is locketed in Kolhapur, Maharashtra.
