1. Whether an owner of more than one immovable property can constitute an GPA holder in respect of all his properties in a single GPA document ?
2. If right to sell or gift the property is given to the GPA holder, what is the fee payable at the time of registration of GPA ? Otherwise what is the registration fee ? The properties are in Karnataka
3. In general, whether a GPA can be regsitrated in any Sub-Registrar's office ?

1. Yes 2. Check with local Registration office.e It is Rs 50/- in Kolkata. 3. Yes if the property or the parties are within its jurisdiction.
