You, see, the person who suffered only knows the agony which he undergone. Continued to work under the same person will be a hell to him. It is not only in his case. Most of the Promottee officers used to ill treat their subordinates, if the subordinate is well qualified and well knowledgeable person. Punishment is redressed in court, what is the guarantee that such officer not repeating the same mistake. They have been scot-free. Are they not punishable for harassment? If one is punished, the rest will fall in line. I would like to proceed against such cruel officers. Let us teach them a lesson. Do you know, how many subordinates, particularly women employees agony in the office.
