Hi Buddies,

I need ur kind help,a case u/s 125 crpc,petitioner (wife) evidence closed.RWs on next date start,in petitioner evidence forget to tender some documents related to husband `s salary like salary slip etc.have any provision that pertioner tender exhibits even after closing of evidence.Please provide me detail it is very urgent.

You just cross him with leading question to admit the amount shown in slip,if he denies move an application to confront him on that slip bringing on record.

Yes recall the witness u/s 311 crpc though this power of the court is discretionary whereby your prayer for recall may be rejected.

Presently the best option seem to be to recall the witness.
