Number of leaves

How many number of leaves can be accumulated by an employee in a private organization ( Maximum ) which can be encashed at the time of leaving the organization . I want to know is there any maximum limit .

You may engage a very able Labor Law Consultant and your able counsel shall advise your establishment on leave policy for all states.
