1. What are the remedies of the girl who has been cheated by a man stating that he is a bachelor factually he is already married.
2. Whether maintenance can be demanded?
3.If damages and compensation has to be claimed before which court the petition has to be filed?

If the intercourse taken place, girl can file a criminal complaint before the Police for the offence under section 376 IPC, 494 IPC, and also for cheating.
Even the second wife is eligible for maintainence.
File the complaint before the concerned police or with the concerned Judl.First Class Magestrate Court(U/s 200 Cr.P.c)
