sriram chits karnataka is deducting service tax on Chit commisiion, when NO other chit fund as far as i know does it citing High Court order.
But as far as i know there is no SErvice tax on CHit funds.
Can anyone tell me what the law says and how to fight it out with sriram chits

under what entry of taxable services he is charging service tax as commission income earned by a chit fund company as foreman does not fall in any entry. Ask him to furnish detail of entry.
