Divorce withraw

1. No consent of respondent wife is required to withdraw divorce case.
2. If no order on maintenance passed one can withdraw citing not pressing the same as matter compromised between parties or one can even say due to technical reasons withdrawing with liberty to file later etc..
3. If some order on maintenance is already passed and you now wish to withdraw the divorce case then arrears have to be furnished before withdrawal gets effected.
