Hello Sirs,

Can a legal notice be sent to a govt. office of a retired employee, where he is receiving his pension as his place of stay is untraceable.

1. YES .... it is possible.  Govt. Office will simply forward the Notice to the relevant  ex-employee without any liability or further reference.

Yes. or you can his details from the Treasury Dept/Accounts Dept. where his pension initiates to the bank.
